An ORDINANCE ENTITLED, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2:04 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND CHAPTER 2.05 COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF CLARK COUNTY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 01-14, AS AMENDED." Commissioner Terry Schlagel moved to approve and Commissioner Chris Sass seconded; the vote was recorded as Sass, Hass, Spieker, Schlagel and Gjerde voting aye.
The ordinance was placed on file in the Auditor’s office. The board did not record substantive public debate on the measure during the meeting.
