The Clark County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously July 21 to adopt Ordinance 01-26, a zoning amendment affecting the Agricultural and Commercial/Industrial districts.
Chairman Sara Gjerde conducted the second reading, saying, "This is the second Reading of Ordinance #01-26. An ORDINANCE ENTITLED, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2:04 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND CHAPTER 2.05 COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF CLARK COUNTY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 01-14, AS AMENDED." Commissioner Terry Schlagel moved to approve and Commissioner Chris Sass seconded; the vote was recorded as Sass, Hass, Spieker, Schlagel and Gjerde voting aye.
The ordinance was placed on file in the Auditor’s office. The board did not record substantive public debate on the measure during the meeting.
