McLeansboro Township board approves February minutes, annual meeting agenda and claims

On March 10, 2026, the McLeansboro Township Board met at the Township building. Supervisor Clydus Gray called the meeting to order and the Clerk read the minutes of the February 2026 meeting. Kyle Ingram moved to approve the minutes as written; Becky Cross seconded and the motion carried.
The board accepted the proposed agenda for the upcoming annual town meeting after a motion by Becky Cross and a second from Kyle Ingram; the Clerk was instructed to display the agenda and the required public notice. The board also approved payments from the Road and Bridge Fund, Building and Equipment Fund and Permanent Road Fund on a motion by Kyle Ingram and second by Becky Cross, and later approved Town Fund and Social Security Fund claims on a motion by Becky Cross and second by Kyle Ingram. With no further business, the board adjourned after a motion by Becky Cross and second by Kyle Ingram. The minutes were signed by Richard Woods, Town Clerk.
