Superintendent Dr. Redell told the board the district's enrollment as of Oct. 23 was 657 for K–8, 57 in pre-kindergarten, 8 students identified as homeless, and 205 multilingual students. The Medinah Park Power Through before/after care program reported 27 enrolled students.
Dr. Redell also reported the district received three Freedom of Information Act requests: Amber Reynolds requested the most recent agreement with Kelly Education for substitute teacher services; Joe LaCalamita requested the district's most recent contract and invoices from Flood Brothers for trash and recycling (the district reported it does not have a trash/recycling contract and uses Village of Roselle services); and Yiran Zang requested copies of current contracts for food and custodial services. The district responded to all FOIA requests in a timely manner.
