The McLeansboro Township Board approved Ordinance 2025-4, adopting the Township portion of the 2025–26 tax levy. Laura Renn moved to approve the ordinance and Dennis Johnson seconded; the motion carried.
Supervisor Clydus Gray noted the levy documents will be filed with the County Clerk as required. The ordinance represents a 4.99% increase from last year’s extended levy, as presented to the board during the December 9 meeting.
