Later, Becky Cross moved and Dennis Johnson seconded a motion to pay Town Fund and Social Security Fund claims; that motion also carried. With no other business, Kyle Ingram moved to adjourn, seconded by Becky Cross; the board approved the motion and adjourned the meeting.
