Selectboard adopts VLCT social media policy; donation and employee-handbook work to continue

The board reviewed and edited a draft donation policy and scheduled a final draft for a vote at the next meeting. On ethics and conflict-of-interest policy, Vasseur recommended completing VLCT training before formally adopting the policy. The board also reviewed updates to the employee handbook prepared by staff and agreed to vote on the final handbook after completing the remaining edits.
No final votes were taken on the donation or ethics policies or the employee handbook; the items remain on the board's next-meeting agenda.
