The Fayston Selectboard approved two curb-cut access permits at its July 14 meeting.
Andrew Kressley told the board he purchased the property from Josh and that Josh had inspected the proposed curb cut; Kressley said the contractor for the work has been identified. Selectboard member Michael Jordan moved to approve the Kressley curb cut; Ron Graves seconded and the motion passed with no opposition.
For the Kathleen Gregory property on a Class 4 road, the owners requested permission to maintain the road up to the new curb cut. Madison Vasseur explained that maintenance to the new cut on a Class 4 road is permitted as a matter of course. Michael Jordan moved to approve the Gregory curb cut; Ron Graves seconded and the board voted unanimously to grant the permit.
