Langley council approves consent agenda, authorizes contracts and grant amendment

Councilmember Chris Carlson moved to adopt the consent agenda, and Councilmember Rhonda Salerno seconded. The motion passed 3-0. The consent packet included approval of commission meeting minutes, the council meeting minutes of Oct. 6, 2025, an arbitrage contract, a Summit Law Group contract and a Source Water Protection Grant amendment. No council discussion was recorded during the vote.
