Treasurer Cynthia O'Donnell reported unpaid bills totaling $257,794.40 as of Jan. 20 and asked the board for authorization to pay invoices. Chairman Josh Stouch said the board had not fully reviewed the bills and moved to authorize payment of Net-30 invoices at the treasurer's discretion, with remaining unpaid bills to be reviewed at the Feb. 2 meeting; the board approved the motion.
On the tax collection item the board approved appointing Molly Bauer as Deputy Tax Collector to serve if the elected tax collector is unable to complete duties. The minutes record the vote as Bergstresser-Aye, Stouch-Abstain, Carpenter-Aye.
The board accepted the treasurer's report by motion during the meeting.
