Mr. Toepel is retiring effective 12/31/2025.” Chairman Josh Stouch moved to accept the resignation; Supervisor Don Bergstresser seconded the motion and recorded votes were Bergstresser—Aye, Stouch—Aye. The board also noted that Ms. Carpenter’s term on the BMMA board expires Dec. 31, 2025; openings will be publicized for appointments or interest letters.
