Douglass Planning Agency notes reappointments, retains solicitor and engineer for 2026

At the start of the Jan. 29 meeting, the Planning Agency noted the Board of Supervisors' annual and multi‑year appointments. Jessica Gisinger‑Doran was reappointed to a four‑year term on the Planning Agency.
The board also retained Brant & Associates LLC as the Planning Agency solicitor and Pennoni Associates as the township engineer, and reported MCPC as the first year of a three‑year planning assistance contract with Naomi Crimm identified as the MCPC planner. The Zoning Hearing Board has appointed Kenneth Picardi (Picardi Philips & Ottaviano) as its solicitor.
"The Yearly Appointments by the Board of Supervisors are Brant & Associates LLC as the Planning Agency Solicitor, Pennoni Associates as the Township Engineer, MCPC (Year 1of 3 Year Planning Assistance Contract), and Noami Crimm MCPC Planner," the meeting minutes state.
These appointments set the advisory and technical roster the Agency will work with for plan reviews, engineering comments, and zoning hearings during 2026.
