Engineer Khal Hassan said an inspection was performed and “the escrow release is recommended in the amount of $14,057.74.” The board voted to approve the release (motion by Chairman Josh Stouch; second by Supervisor Don Bergstresser; Bergstresser—Aye, Stouch—Aye). Hassan reported the amount remaining in the escrow after the release would be $386,582.65. The board accepted the engineer’s report as presented.
