Board elects Joshua Stouch chair, names Don Bergstresser vice-chair

After Stouch assumed the chair, he nominated Don Bergstresser for vice-chair and the board approved the nomination by the same recorded vote. The reorganization portion of the meeting concluded before the board moved through its slate of annual appointments. The meeting minutes note the election and the vote tallies explicitly. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Jan. 20, 2026, at 7 p.m.
