"Any comments must be received within 30 days by DEP," Hassan said, and he provided a draft letter from the township listing local concerns and requesting a detailed description of the proposed work with supporting documents so the township can prepare a formal response. The Board accepted the Engineer’s report and the draft letter will be used as the basis for the township's Act 14 comments.
