Carpenter elected chair of Douglass Township Planning Agency; Gisinger‑Doran named vice chair

Jessica Gisinger‑Doran was then nominated and elected vice chairman by the Agency. The temporary chair for the reorganization, Solicitor Wendy McKenna, presided over the nominations and votes. The clerk recorded the roll call for both motions and each motion passed with the members present voting in favor.
"A motion was made by Ms. Stouch, seconded Ms. Gisinger‑Doran to appoint Sara Carpenter as Planning Agency Chairman. Richardson‑Aye, Rick‑Aye, Heydt‑Aye, Reitz‑Aye, Carpenter‑Aye, Stouch‑Aye, and Gisinger‑Doran‑Aye. Motion passed," the meeting record shows.
The reorganization completed the official leadership assignments ahead of substantive agenda items, and Chairman Carpenter continued with the remainder of the meeting.
