Milton Ollerton, representing the Planning & Zoning department, presented Ordinance #2026-09 seeking to change zoning for four parcels in Lynnco Acres (RP005120000030, RP005120000040, RP005120000050, RP005120000060) from Residential-One to Suburban Neighborhood. The proposal covers approximately 24.14 acres off N 4000 E and the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval while suggesting a development agreement to mitigate septic impacts.
Ollerton noted the parcel has access to city water but not sewer and discussed annexation and utility availability concerns. Commissioners moved to table the ordinance to allow for additional discussion about utilities and a possible development agreement; the motion passed by roll call.
