Committee members pressed for clearer infrastructure conditions before permitting higher-density development. Milton Ollerton suggested traffic-impact and feasibility studies as part of subdivision applications and asked whether developers could be required to obtain school-district input before proceeding. "Some language that we could add which might help would be a requirement to add feasibility studies as well as traffic impact studies with subdivision applications," Ollerton said.

Mitch Bradley, speaking about sewer capacity, said the sewage plant "will be fine for years to come" though headworks improvements will require funding. The meeting closed with an immediate operational issue: Kristine Warner referenced recent local headlines about water curtailment and told the committee, "We will be shut off in mid-June."
