Resident Zach V asked whether the search would include community input similar to a recent police chief search and whether the approved amount represented a ceiling or floor. Mr. Todd said the company’s proposal is to “engage with the Town and the community to perform a needs assessment” and confirmed the budgeted amount would be the ceiling. Board members noted Pracademic Partners provided references from the City of Montpelier and the Town of Shelburne.
