Township approves $51,566.60 in escrow releases for Zern Tract phases 2 and 3

At its Feb. 17 meeting the Board approved two escrow releases for the Zern Tract subdivision after Pennoni & Associates recommended the disbursements following site inspections. Allison Lee told the Board Pennoni recommended Escrow Release #19 in the amount of $25,110.40 for Phase 2 and Escrow Release #14 in the amount of $26,456.20 for Phase 3. The Board approved each release by motion and unanimous vote.
The combined releases total $51,566.60. The Board recorded the motion and vote in the minutes; staff will process the escrow disbursements per Pennoni’s recommendations and record the releases in escrow accounting.
