PSA fiscal update: water net income ~ $500,000; wastewater operations net ~$324,000

Angie cautioned that audit-preparation adjustments remain as staff finalizes reporting with the county auditor and said ARPA reimbursements of about $55,000 were due from the county for related projects. Board members asked whether elevated facility-fee receipts reflected one-time payments from developments; staff said much of the fee collection came from new connections that have not yet all been billed.
