The San Pasqual Valley Unified School District Board of Trustees met in closed session at 7:57 P.M. on Oct. 14 to discuss labor negotiations, personnel matters and pending litigation. After reconvening at 8:45 P.M., the board reported it had considered two liability claims (Claimant Uriarte and Claimant Duran) under California Government Code Section 54956.9 and rejected both claims.
The board directed staff to provide statutory notice of claim rejection to each claimant "in accordance with California Government Code Section 913" as recorded in the reportable action. The meeting minutes record that information was given on labor negotiations and personnel matters, with no further action taken on those items.
