County tables Lincoln Acres zone-map amendment amid sewer and annexation concerns

After discussion the board voted to table Ordinance 2026-O9 to allow the applicant to work on development-agreement terms, including sewer and will-serve commitments. Staff and commissioners said the issue will return for further consideration once the applicant provides revised conditions.
