Resident urges stop sign at North Mildred and 1st Avenue; council refers to infrastructure committee

"We have a high volume of traffic...there are children, seniors, commuters, bicyclists," Matz said, requesting a formal review and a potential safety improvement. Council thanked Matz and asked him to provide contact information so staff could follow up; later in the meeting the council referred traffic-calming measures at North Mildred & 1st Avenue to the infrastructure committee for study and possible action.
