Selectboard approves minutes and signs warrants; enters executive session to consult counsel

The Selectboard approved and signed the Feb. 10, 2026 meeting minutes after a motion by Linda Saarnijoki, seconded by Jim Linville; the motion carried. The board then approved the SO#4 Payroll Warrant in the amount of $12,877.12 and the SO#4 Vendor Warrant in the amount of $30,225.44 on motions moved by Jim Linville and seconded by Katie Fitzpatrick; both motions carried.
At 9:14 p.m. the board moved into executive session under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(1)(A) to discuss confidential attorney–client communication for the purpose of obtaining legal advice; the motion to enter and the motion to exit at 9:53 p.m. were both carried unanimously. Upon returning to open session, the board moved to consult with the town attorney regarding follow-up actions.
