Palecek elected chair; Spacek chosen vice chair of Price County Highway & Transportation Committee

Member Joe Baratka nominated Palecek; another nomination of Baratka was declined. The committee then approved a motion (Baratka/Spacek) to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Palecek, who chaired the remainder of the meeting.
The committee also selected Jordan Spacek as vice chair. Doug Erickson nominated Spacek, and a motion (Ulrich/Erickson) to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for Spacek carried. The leadership changes were procedural and took place at the start of the meeting; no additional duties or policy changes were assigned at that time.
