Chair (S1) said the proposed budget had included $392,000 in planned spending while actual spending tracked closer to $283,000, and recommended preparing an amended budget line where maintenance and one-time items were not previously included. The committee agreed to use the detailed monthly forms and to bring updated figures back to the April work session.
