Separately, Councilmember Robbin Boyce reported that the WWTF Joint Board of Operations has removed Electric City Public Works Director Travis Irwin from the board and that the lease for the land where the facility sits with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has not been signed. A meeting with engineers from Gray and Osborn is scheduled for May 29 at 10:00 a.m. to present a 75% complete design for WWTF upgrades.
