Trish Klemke, representing the Alliance Housing Authority, provided the council with a financial overview and said the AHA prefers poured-in-place surfacing for safety and maintenance reasons. Mayor McGhehey explained ACE funds are derived from rebates issued when customers choose ACE as their gas provider and are not tax dollars. The motion to approve Resolution No. 26-41 was moved by Councilman Yates, seconded by Vice Mayor Mashburn, and passed unanimously; the allocation is contingent on submission and approval of eligible receipts.
