Board briefed on NAC 232 regulation adoption and upcoming Legislative Commission review

Executive Director Mark Fakler told the Board that the NAC 232 regulations included in the meeting materials were adopted by the Department of Business and Industry (B&I) with no revisions following the public workshop. He added that the next step is consideration by the Legislative Commission on June 30, which he will attend.
