Board approves executive director evaluation and 8% salary increase, and adopts FY2026-27 budget

The Board voted to accept the evaluation and authorize the pay increase by unanimous motion (26-39).
Committee discussion also identified a need for a formal staffing depth chart and succession planning; the Board asked the Executive Director to draft a succession plan and present it to the APOC committee as an action item. The Board then reviewed and approved the proposed fiscal year 2026-27 budget by separate unanimous motion (26-40). No dollar totals for the budget were discussed in the public minutes.
