Motions covered the General Fund, Sinking Fund, Capital Fund, Debt Retirement Fund, Cafeteria Fund, Scholarship Fund and the Student‑School Activity Fund. The vote to approve the General Fund year‑end amendment and the beginning‑year General Fund budget was moved by Kathleen Carlson and seconded by John Grove; motions carried as recorded in the minutes (SEG 002).
The minutes also record a Sinking Fund balance of $705,457.88 as of May 31, 2025 and Treasurer’s reports showing General Fund receipts of $1,607,616.64 and disbursements of $1,988,784.46. Board members discussed the budget hearing earlier in the meeting and took the formal budget votes during the business session.
