Developer previews revised mixed‑use concept for 7001 S 900 E; council raises height and neighborhood concerns

Council Member Heidi Robinson said neighbors are concerned about height and suggested more owner‑occupied options; Mayor Dustin Gettel said five stories would be more amenable than seven. "She would not like more than three stories there," Robinson said regarding buffering an established residential area. Council asked staff and the applicant to consider alternatives (condominiums, reduced stories) and to return with traffic analysis and options if the applicant pursues a formal application.
