The auditor asked the Board of Supervisors to authorize the issuance of warrants and the publication of the claims listing totaling $691,718.90; the board approved the request by voice vote.
Chair Don Swicker read several notable line items included in the list: "There was for the fair board. We paid $63,000 in voting machines. There was about a $100,000 in rock. There was a 160,000 plus in pavement markings. Internet solutions was about 80 k." He noted the list included pass-through commitments and RPA and emergency management money.
The board approved the authorization to issue warrants and publish the claims listing with no recorded opposition.
