Clerk reports: DaBella business license suspended; ARPA funds closed; IRS and USDA filings resolved

Clerk-Treasurer Tina Davidson reported that a representative from DaBella visited the city office to pick up a solicitor’s license and was informed the city's DaBella business license is suspended; the representative apologized and was told to contact DaBella management and legal counsel. Davidson said she supplied copies of business licenses issued since the last meeting.
Davidson also reported she has closed out the city's ARPA/COVID fund account from 2020 after confirming all requirements were met, resolved an IRS Form 941 reporting error after phone discussions with the IRS, and completed and submitted the overdue USDA sewer/water report that had been due in November 2025. She said the insurance audit and review went well.
