Council approves series of infrastructure contracts and raw‑waterline change orders

The council approved several infrastructure and procurement items during the meeting, voting unanimously on each resolution.

Council authorized design services with Barton West for a dual 36‑inch line and approved the change orders; staff said the work will require easements and later construction-authority requests.

Several votes were unanimous and staff said funds are available from bond proceeds or designated project accounts.
