Planning Board approves Lyon Fitness sign for 10 Billings Street

Bryan B. of Signarama presented the application. Assistant Town Engineer Sonal Pai told the Board the proposal "is an aluminum frame, same size as previous sign with a vinyl graphic of the business logo and name," and said she was satisfied it met local requirements and used the historical color palette. Chair Rob Maidman moved to approve the sign and to appoint Sonal Pai to conclude related administrative duties and payment; Alex Schneiderman seconded. The Board voted 3-0-0 in favor.
The approval assigns administrative completion to Ms. Pai, allowing the sign to be fabricated and installed once payment and permit steps are concluded. No variances or waivers were requested at the meeting.
