Mark McCluskey, representing the property owner, said a nonprofit religious community owns the three lots and plans to submit a site plan for a mosque after combining them into a single lot. Chair Rob Maidman confirmed with Assistant Town Engineer Sonal Pai that the title was free and clear and reminded the applicant that any subsequent site work must comply with building, DPW and water-department regulations. The Board approved the ANR by motion and recorded a unanimous vote.
The ANR approval allows the applicant to proceed with a formal site-plan submission; the Board emphasized that future improvements will require full regulatory review.
