Planning Board approves ANR to combine two lots at 433 East Foxboro Street
Summary
The Planning Board approved an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan to merge two parcels into a single 73,434-square-foot lot at 433 East Foxboro Street and appointed the Chair to sign the Mylar; the applicant will seek a ZBA driveway variance.
Assistant Town Engineer Sonal Pai presented the ANR to combine two parcels at 433 East Foxboro Street into a single lot in Rural District 1. The combined parcel totals 73,434 square feet with frontage on Wolomolopoag; the applicant said construction is expected to begin in the summer and that they will apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a driveway variance to East Foxboro Street.
Board member Dianne Needle moved to approve the ANR; the motion was seconded and the Board voted 5-0-0 by roll call to approve. The Board also voted 5-0-0 to appoint Chair Rob Maidman to sign the Mylar for the project.
