The Town of Sharon Planning Board voted unanimously on March 26 to accept a Sunrise denial order prepared by Attorney Karis North. Chair Rob Maidman moved to accept the order; the motion was seconded and the Board recorded a roll-call vote of 5-0-0 in favor.
Attorney Karis North will fill in the date of issuance and the date the order is filed with the Town Clerk’s office. The Board then voted 5-0-0 to appoint Chair Rob Maidman to sign the denial order on behalf of the Board.
