"Out in Camelot, the paving's all done. Striping is not — they still have to complete that with some punch list, but that has been completed across the street at the townhouses and the crossings. That is about 95% done," Mark reported, and added that work at High Street Estates and other sites is underway. He said the Vision Stream apartments and the warehouse-to-apartment project have begun underground facilities and are securing building permits; he also said DOT-funded Boulevard work is largely complete aside from signage and punch list items.
Mark said sanitary sewer work (including activity on Higgins and other locations) is planned to continue over the next four to six months and predicted additional construction activity in the near term. Council and staff did not discuss contract amendments or new budget requests during the update.
