The Gunter City Council approved the final plat for Bridges Phase 1E, which was described in the meeting as a 40-acre parcel consisting of 96 residential lots and three open-space lots.
Director of Planning and Development Eric (speaker 2) summarized the application: “So this is the final flap of bridges they've got all their engineering predominantly completed, and they've got a roof control and and early grading permit going tomorrow, and then they'll start full on construction.” Council moved to approve and the vote was recorded as unanimous.
Staff indicated P&Z recommended approval and that early grading would begin as permits are issued. The approval permits the developer to proceed with initial erosion-control and grading work prior to full construction staging.
