“Christmas lights will be up next week or Monday or Tuesday after Thanksgiving, and that'll be in the park,” the director said (speaker 4). He also told council staff ordered 62 of the 100 address signs the council budgeted for, which he said will cover the downtown area and that remaining signs will go to other parts of town.
The director said a large engineering package for a drainage project arrived with many attachments and staff plan to issue the packet December 4 and advertise on December 11; the advertised bidding period will run for two weeks. He said staff will provide a timeline at the next meeting once questions and review periods are set.
