Commissioners said some employees refuse to enter affected spaces and requested clarity about regulatory jurisdiction (EPA vs. KDHE) and remediation responsibilities. Motley accepted the assignment and commissioners agreed he should use three contacts another commissioner offered who work for EPA and understand asbestos issues.
