County OKs $18,840 change order to meet Buy America/Build America requirements

Cooper said, “This is Buy America, Build America... so there is an increase in contract price to get that up... we're they're requesting the 18,000 because materials cost more when we buy America, build America.” Commissioners approved the increase by voice vote and asked staff to identify where the funds will come from, including potential interest earnings or remaining ARPA interest.
