Bonham emphasized project triage: some initiatives will be deferred as the department manages current workload.
Council questioned specific projects: staff said a recently repaired Mallard Drive sinkhole was completed in house and the Scout Property is in design with a federal OBAG grant for construction. For Park Road, staff outlined a two-phase approach (pothole repairs to keep road safe, then a more extensive rehab phase subject to funding).
The presentation served as background for the council's upcoming goal-setting workshop and budget planning.
