Council approves labor agreement with Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association

Council moved to amend the ordinance by adding the tentative agreement as Exhibit 1; the amendment, a suspension of rules and final passage were all approved on roll call (5 yeas). Mayor Britton said he was "happy with the agreement."
