"This amendment moves 3,000 from the facilities van project into the custodial cleaner project," Accounting Specialist Rebecca Romero told the commission, explaining that the van project has unspent funds and the transfer would not affect county reserves. Chair opened the public hearing; no members of the public spoke. Commissioner Toman moved the resolution, Commissioner Richards seconded, and the board approved the transfer unanimously.
