An elections staff member announced that the first day of early voting for the primary runoff had to be moved from the fairgrounds to the county elections office because of an ongoing power outage at the fairgrounds. The official provided hours for early voting at the county office (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and said the county would host early voting there until the issue is resolved.
The court acknowledged the announcement and encouraged voters to use the county office location while repairs at the fairgrounds continue.
