Sullivan summarized recent milestones and administrative items, including a submitted quarterly report and the town’s contract with Zoneco to update the zoning ordinance. Sullivan told commissioners that subcommittees do not meet in January or February and recommended suspending bylaw updates until the comprehensive-plan review is complete so staff and commissioners can focus on the statutory review process. "So this is just a summary of the, 2026 work plan for the, 3rd 0.25," Sullivan said as he walked through items the staff expects to schedule.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about the CIP and project timing; Sullivan and the chair confirmed a shared folder will store working papers and that staff will help commissioners access prior resolutions and documents on the town website.
