Council hears updates on Bridges, 7th Street Cottages and a traffic warrant study

Officials said Bridges 2A has received six building permits and will install landscaping and an entry sign before houses are completed; Bridges 1B is in rough grading and plan approval; Preserves is completing mass grading and utilities; and 7th Street Cottages cleared civil plan review and will install sewer and water infrastructure next.
Staff also said Centurion American has contracted for a traffic warrant study to evaluate whether a traffic signal (a warrant) is needed near Crescent Crossing and the adjacent school. Officials said Centurion American agreed to fund the study and will work with the school district and city staff on any required approvals.
Council members noted ongoing communications with developers and the county regarding clearing and burn piles at NSF properties and described plans for biweekly coordination meetings to manage construction impacts.
